​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Order's can be placed online through my shop or any bespoke orders can be arranged via email. For bespoke orders a deposit of 50% will need to be made via bank transfer before making begins. At least a 4 week lead time is needed for any bespoke order.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

All haircombs come gift wrapped in a beautiful box with gold foiling detail.

We can ship worldwide, pricing will vary depending on region. For international orders you may be required to pay customs charges once your parcel arrives at it's country of destination.

All prices are in Pounds Sterling. We accept most major credit and debit cards through our secure payment server.

​Returns & Refunds

 

Due to the bespoke nature of our designs, where each individual item is created specifically for every client, refunds are only offered in the unlikely event of the piece being faulty. The hairpieces are delicate and must be worn with care, not allowed to get wet and are supposed to be worn in a gentle manner. Some designs are more for occasions rather that everyday use. Refunds are given at our discretion, provided that the item is returned in its original condition. In order for the return to be valid it must be previously arranged with us via email.

This does not affect you Statutory Rights. Lotte Willis London is not liable for failure to deliver goods due to circumstances beyond our control.
